This media release form encompasses all and any attendee/participant of the U.S. Conference on HIV/AIDS

Authorizes participating organizations and/or individuals to record any and all individuals in audiovisual activities including not limited to photography, videography, audio recordings, webinar recordings, livestreaming etc.

Authorizes NMAC as the event organizer to record any and all individuals via audiovisual activities including not limited to photography, videography, audio recordings, webinar recordings, livestreaming etc.

Further, NMAC can create assets for educational and marketing purposes and share those assets via the organization’s digital platforms and in-person events.

Absolves NMAC from endorsing any facts, views, and opinions expressed by speakers and attendees at in-person or online events convened by the organization and any of its initiatives. 

NMAC Commitment: 

  • NMAC is the sole owner of the audiovisual assets that the organization records. 
  • NMAC, including its contractors, will not sell these audiovisual assets that it records. 
  • The audiovisual assets recorded by NMAC will be used solely to promote NMAC and its initiatives. 
  • The audiovisual assets are evergreen and will cease to be used subject to NMAC’s decision.
  • Any recordings conducted by participating organizations and individuals during the event are at the discretion of those parties, and NMAC is not responsible for the assets created or their use and distribution. 

Attendee/Speaker Commitment: 

  • The attendee/speaker shall not receive nor provide any monetary compensation for being photographed/videographed, nor for the use of the audiovisual assets created by NMAC. 
  • The attendee/speaker may digitally receive a copy of the asset created by NMAC for their own use.
  • For assets created by NMAC, the attendee/speaker has permission to share the audiovisual assets on their own platforms with source credit to NMAC as the owner.
