*Federal Government Employee Rate – Registrants must be employees of the Federal government. This rate does not apply to registrants of state and local governments or recipients of Federal grants.
**Youth Rate – To receive this rate you must properly identify yourself with a government-issued ID to conferences@nmac.org.

Methods of Payment
In addition to credit cards accepted through online registration, USCHA accepts checks and money orders made payable to NMAC, as well as the following credit cards: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover. Registration will only be accepted with payments. Send checks and purchase orders along with the print-friendly registration form to:

The confidentiality of contact and demographic details provided on form is not guaranteed. Details such as name, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, and gender may be shared with NMAC Staff, program partners, and corporate sponsors.

Cancellation Refund Policy
Written cancellations emailed to conferences@nmac.org on or before August 4, 2025, by 5:00 pm (EDT), will be honored in full, less a $150.00 processing fee. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations received after this date.
