The 9th Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit hosted by NMAC will be held in Atlanta, GA, from April 10 to 12, 2025. The 2025 Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit’s agenda converges innovation with the continued need to connect the HIV workforce with effective solutions that increase access for communities of color.
Registration Categories & Rates
Please note that NMAC has not increased registration fees since the 2024 Summit.
Early-Bird Rate: $325
Registrations must be received by March 10. The rate increases to $415 after March 10.
Federal: $275
The Federal Rate only applies to federal employees and meals are not included. Only official employees of the Federal government may qualify for the Federal rate. The rate does not apply to members of city/state/county governments or organizations that receive Federal grants. The rate increases to $365 after March 10.
Payment Method
Registration will only be accepted with payments.
The conference accepts checks and money orders made payable to NMAC, as well as the following credit cards. If paying by any method other than credit card, please submit checks/purchase please complete and submit the attached registration form.

The confidentiality of contact and demographic details provided on form is not guaranteed. Details such as name, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, and gender may be shared with NMAC Staff, program partners, and corporate sponsors.
