Prescott Chow (he/him) has more than 30 years of local, regional, national, and global program and healthcare capacity development experience. His perspective in this work is driven by his personal connection to and professional interest in issues that affect vulnerable communities. He has worked with various organization including the Asian & Pacific Islander Wellness Center, the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum, the National AIDS Fund, and the Clinton Health Access Initiative. Prescott is currently the Director and Co-Principal Investigator for the Training & Health Equity Collaborative (THE Collaborative), whose portfolio includes the Pacific AIDS Education & Training Center, the West Region Care & Well-being Center, and the Training Development Unit at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).
