Rowland Mendoza (he/him/his) is a Program Manager of the HIV Prevention Department at the San Francisco Community Health Center and has been with the organization for over four years. He oversees three programs: HIV testing focusing on Transgender and Asian & Pacific Islander Men who has sex with men (MSM) populations, A PrEP program for Transgender and Youth MSMs, and a community HIV Prevention program focusing on API MSMs called, The Connection. During his spare time, Rowland volunteers his time as a board member for the GLBTQ+ Asian Pacific Alliance (GAPA) and Board Member for the Kamayan Coalition. He has been a Constituent Advisory Panel Member for NMAC’s Asian CAP Group since 2018.
