The tailored technical assistance, capacity building, and leadership development services are designed for organizations, institutions, and changemakers working at the intersection of health equity and systems change. Rooted in our commitment to addressing the syndemic drivers of poor health outcomes, our services are designed to strengthen community power and reimagine care infrastructures.
Mission: We work at the heart of public health transformation—Using storytelling, systems-thinking, and implementation science to reshape systems and advance health justice for communities with the poorest health outcomes.
This Fee-for-Service policy outlines our pricing structure, and the terms associated with service delivery. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and policies. All updates will be communicated in advance to partners and clients.
Scope of Services
The Center provides the following offerings through a flexible, mission-aligned fee-for-service model:
- Technical Assistance (TA): Customized support in program strategy, implementation, evaluation, and policy design—grounded in equity frameworks and informed by lived experience.
- Capacity Building (CB): Culturally and linguistically responsive trainings, interactive workshops, and webinars designed to build organizational resilience, narrative power, and cross-sector collaboration.
- Coaching & Leadership Development: One-on-one and cohort-based coaching for leaders across public health, advocacy, and care systems, with an emphasis on equity-centered leadership and systems transformation.

All services are priced to ensure sustainability, access, and impact across diverse partners. Customized packages and long-term engagements may be eligible for adjusted rates based on scope, deliverables, and mission alignment.
Payment Terms
- A 50% deposit is required for engagements exceeding $5,000
- Full payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt
- Late payments will incur a 10% monthly late fee
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans may shift. Our cancellation policy is designed to balance flexibility with the sustainability of our team’s time and preparation.
- Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full refund, minus a 15% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a 25% refund.
- Cancellations made fewer than 7 days prior to the engagement are non-refundable.
Custom Engagements
For individuals or organizations seeking services beyond the listed offerings, The Center will develop a customized proposal based on an initial needs assessment. These tailored engagements may include extended consulting support, multi-site partnerships, or integrated strategy development.
