Participant Support

NMAC provides a limited amount of support to participants seeking to attend the 2026 Summit. Formerly scholarships, participant support will prioritize health workers, educators, clinicians and PrEP navigators in community-based organizations establishing their biomedical prevention programs. We will also prioritize applications by those impacted by recent program and budget cuts impacting federal, state and local HIV/AIDS programs, staff, and related research. In our commitment to equity and opportunity, we will prioritize applicants who have never received a participant support package (formerly scholarships) before and who are impacted by travel restrictions within the United States and U.S. territories.

NMAC aims to expand participation among direct-care providers and frontline clinicians in community-based and rural settings. The Summit will engage professionals and organizations in clinical or adjacent roles, including:

HIV/STI Testers
PrEP Navigators
Linkage coordinators
Prescribers (MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs)
Registered Nurses
Pharmacists
Social Workers
Substance Use Counselors
