Genoa Rucker is a Program Coordinator in the Capacity Building division at NMAC. She has been committed to assisting underserved communities in the DC area since 2010. She possesses over 7 years of facilitation experience in the community setting as well as curriculum development. In her professional career, she has managed several health focused programs for youth. Some of Genoa’s past work experience includes developing and implementing both a teen parenting program and a community intervention titled “Decisions”. In her most recent position, Genoa headed a training program for youth which focused on leadership development, preventative sexual health knowledge and workforce readiness skills. Genoa Rucker completed her Masters of Arts in Health Communications at Ohio University.
