Bessie Dennis, born in Newark, NJ, is a dedicated mother to a beautiful daughter and a seasoned Outreach Coordinator in the HIV/AIDS field. With years of experience, she has facilitated STI testing and connected individuals to clinical services. Bessie has shared her story at numerous events and is working to establish a nonprofit organization to combat stigma and raise awareness within the African American community while providing resources for those diagnosed. As a proud HIV activist and advocate, Bessie has remained undetectable for over 20 years, embracing life with joy while awaiting her future partner. She is an HIV Warrior!
