Devin currently works at RAIN in North Carolina where he started as a CDC Project Manager and now operates as the Grant Program Manager.

    Kendell Jones aka Legendary Father Duke Garcon has been a part of ballroom since 2008 and working with the community for the past 5 years as an HIV counselor, tester, and educator. He sist on the SEMHAC (Southeastern Michigan HIV AIDS Committee).

    House of West
    Beverly Ross, nationally recognized as an advocate for human rights, social justice, health equity, and LGBTQ equality. Beverly has worked for the past 6 years on the local, national and international levels to improve access to treatment and care for transgender people and people living with HIV, and to erase stigma and discrimination through education, policy, advocacy, and visibility. Beverly has worked in the capacity as the facilitator for Project Elevate, a CDC CARS Initiative, that promotes the Sexual Health of Young Women of Color and Young Transgender Women of Color. Beverly, known for her work with the Gilead PrEP 4 Love campaign, where she is featured on CTA Transit stops, billboards and around the other Public Health Systems in the Midwest. Beverly is committed to Community Engagement for disenfranchised populations and remains a decision-makers at many tables. Beverly is a Beauty Guru. Beverly known as “Chicago Mother Beverly West” in the National Ball Scene she known for bringing that same Fashion and Beauty expertise to the floor, she has hosted multiple events for her community and continues to bring Ambassadorship to a full Circle.

    Southeast Region Ballroom Alliance
    Hailing from the Carolinas, Marcus “Millennial Marcus” Thomas is a organizer and strategist within the House & Ballroom community. He’s the Founder of 3 Kings Project, a nonprofit organization that works to promote health and wellness in Black LGBTQ communities and co-creator the Southeast Region Ballroom Alliance, a Ballroom-led coalition committed to the development of the culture in the South. Having hosted over 20 balls across the country, Marcus currently serves as a co-producer of the Ballroom Awards in NYC. His commitment to community is unwavering as he continues to mentor the next generation of Ballroom leaders and! mobilizers.

    Kaniya Walker is a native of Virginia Beach, Va. Kaniya went to Norfolk State University majoring in Psychology, but her passion is working with working with marginalized groups of people; LGBTQIA+ community, people living with HIV/AIDS, women of color and individuals experiencing homelessness. She is the lead of the Linkage to Care Team at Heart to Hand Inc. located in Largo, Md the only black lead organization public health HIV/AIDS organization in the county that concentrates on the needs of marginalized communities. Kaniya facilitates a trans support group at Heart to Hand called “Transcendence “. The group focuses on the empowerment of transwomen of color trying to navigate through this crazy world.

    Paris is the Founder of the North Carolina Rainbow House in Charlotte, which is a nonprofit she started for Black trans women in the South a couple years ago. Paris is also the God Mother for the House of West.
