applications are only being accepted online.

Note about the Distribution of USCA
Scholarship Awards
We also want to provide some
clarification around the USCA scholarship award distribution process.
Staff members, directors and volunteers who work for current dues-paying
members of the Conference Sponsor, the National Minority AIDS
Council (NMAC), or its
Program Partners, are invited to apply for USCA A and B scholarships. Individual
NMAC members also may submit applications. Applicants also must demonstrate
financial need and explain how they intend to employ their experiences at their
home organization following USCA.
In addition, USCA scholarships are
allotted as follows:
At least one scholarship
awarded per state;
Two scholarships set aside
for each of the top cities impacted by HIV infection; and
Ten scholarships set aside
for a specific target population annually. In 2009, the target population is
transgendered individuals.
